The Lalu resort is located on Sun Moon Lake’s Lalu Peninsula. In the past, the building served as Chiang Kai Shek’s travel accommodation of which a small lodge on the hotel grounds is a reminder. The hotel's minimalistic style blends in perfectly on the slope going down to the lake. The dramatic effect of the infinity pool has been executed nicely with the lakes background.
